I’m just kinda trying out this Zemanta “reblog this” thing they have on MyBlogLog. It’s actually kinda cool! This quote is from Rob over at Former Fat Guy Blog. He’s smart. Listen to him!
Comparison: Weight Watchers “proudly” reports that their users average a 3% (three-percent) weight loss over two years. That equated to just 4.5 pounds for a 150lb person.formerfatguy, Former Fat Guy Blog, Dec 2008
You should read the whole article.
I follow Rob, formerfatguy, on Twitter which is how I found this - so if you don’t Twitter, you might wanna - great way to find GOOD, reliable, USEFUL information. And find out what strangers do before bed. Yeah, I know. It’s weird. I didn’t “get it” either, until I tried it. Kinda like how I didn’t “get” the eating “healthy” thing Rob talks about in this post!!
Rob is one of the good guys who is not trying to make a buck by preying on your fears, insecurities, emotions, and a host of other things that I will talk about in my “About Me” video that I will post hopefully today. So, go read his Former Fat Guy Blog.
