Please excuse the mess that this site is right now. I’m not sure what happened but this morning my site simply died - some sort of database issue. I managed to backup the actual posts & comments BUT it left me with a non-working wordpress theme.
I MUST absolutely MUST go to the gym right now. I’ve been at trying to fix this problem ALL day. So, I am incredibly cranky, and now I have brain fog from going in circles trying to figure out what happened here.

Did you upgrade to 2.7 recently?
Not until after the crash!
I think the problem may have been database password related, though I didn’t realize that until later. I’d been having issues with something rewriting to my .htaccess and causing 501 errors.
Oh well! It prompted me to buy the Thesis theme which should save me some time in the end! The old theme was pretty on the outside, ugly underneath.
