Her methods will require some practice and work, (weight loss requires effort - never forget that!) but make no mistake, the philosophies, correctly and diligently applied by the motivated will no doubt be successful. The amount of precision required may not sit well with many, however this book is a “troubleshoot” - which means identifying and correcting the issues causing you trouble with your weight loss efforts.
Those who are motivated and have tried other methods of weight loss will be very, VERY pleased with the weight loss results they will achieve following this program.
